Yolanda Foster’s Husband David Is Paying “Thousands” To Treat Her Lyme Disease In Asia

Yolanda Foster’s husband is paying for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star to receive treatment for her Lyme disease in Asia.

After signing on to appear on Asia’s Got Talent, David traveled to Singapore with his wife, Yolanda, and enrolled her in a pricey alternative treatment in hopes of curing her Lyme disease.

“Yolanda accompanied David to Singapore as he films Asia’s Got Talent, and she is receiving medical treatment while there,” an insider told Radar Online on January 19. “The medications aren’t approved by the FDA in the United States yet.”

“David has vowed to spend whatever is needed to get her cured. The treatment outside of the United States isn’t covered by insurance, and it’s very expensive. Luckily, they can afford it.”

As the Inquisitr reported last week, Yolanda Foster opened up about her recent struggles in a blog for Bravo.

“I would like to apologize for my lousy participation in the blogging department at the moment,” Yolanda wrote. “Although writing is usually my favorite thing to do, I unfortunately have lost the ability to do so in an intelligent matter at this time.”

“Most of you know I have been battling Lyme disease for the past three years. I wasted the first year trying to get diagnosed and spent the next two trying to find a cure. I have gone from the conventional long-term antibiotics to about every holistic protocol there is to offer. Unfortunately, I was only able to get to about a 60% recovery until I relapsed in early December and have not been able to find my way back.”

“It feels like someone came in and confiscated my brain and tied my hands behind my back to just watch and see life go by without me participating in it,” Yolanda added.

Days later, Yolanda Foster surfaced on Instagram, thanking husband David, and speaking of her care abroad.

“I guess God gives his hardest battles to the strongest soldiers #MyHealthJourney #SearchForACure #NeuroLogicalLymeDisease Thank you to My love @officialdfoster and thank you to the most extraordinary staff at #MountElizabethNovenaHospital #Singapore for your kindness and excellent medical care.”

“Yolanda’s short term memory has indeed suffered,” Radar’s source continued. “It’s extremely hard for David watch Yolanda try to struggle to find a word, or recall something from the recent past. Lyme disease has just ravaged her brain.”

“On the outside, Yolanda looks perfectly healthy, but once she starts to talk, it’s obvious that she is truly suffering,” the source said. “The only positive that has come out of this is Yolanda and David have grown even closer.”
