Kailyn Lowry, Former Teen Parent, Reveals Best Parenting Advice

Kailyn Lowry may have been a teen mother, but the reality show star has worked hard to get her life on the right track. While there is no doubt she struggled the first few years of her son Isaac’s life, Kail never stopped working hard to ensure that she could provide a great life for her son. Now married with a second son and attending college, Kailyn seems to have her life in order.

The mother of two young boys, Kail has no doubt received a lot of parenting advice from people. Of course, it is hard for a mother to prioritize the different pieces of advice that she receives, but Kailyn Lowry took to Instagram to share with fans the best advice that she ever received. Posting a photo of her sons, Isaac and Lincoln, Kail shared the parenting advice.

“The best parenting advice I’ve ever received was to be happy when you’re kids are happy and love them unconditionally.”

Kailyn Lowry shared the advice and also linked to candies.org. Kail, along with the other Teen Moms, has worked with the organization to help end teen pregnancy. While there is no doubt that teen pregnancy is still an issue in the United States, the rate of teen pregnancy has gone down and both 16 and Pregnant and Teen Mom have been cited as contributing to the decline.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Kailyn Lowry has also been focusing a lot of her time on her health. Since the birth of her youngest son, Kail has been working hard to lose weight and get fit and healthy. As any mother knows, getting fit after having a baby is not an easy thing to accomplish, but Kailyn has been doing a fantastic job.

“Nothing is harder than getting my eating habits down. It’s been a long and slow process. Still trying to kick my addiction to food. But working on it and working out, nonetheless.”

Kailyn Lowry has been working out quite a bit with her husband, Javi Marroquin. The two were spotted at their gym last year with MTV cameras so it is likely that her new healthy lifestyle will be a focal point of her Teen Mom 2 storyline. Teen Mom 2 is set to come back to MTV sometime this year and nearly all the cast members have been spotted filming for the show. It will likely premiere sometime this summer or fall.
