Hayat Boumeddiene Wasn’t Even In France During Paris Terror Attacks: Where Is Female Terror Suspect?

Hayat Boumeddiene, the female terror suspect widely reported to be the girlfriend and accomplice of Amedy Coulibaly, wasn’t even in France during the terrorist attacks, according to reports.

Boumediene, who is wanted in connection with the deadly Islamic terrorist attacks in Paris, is now reported to have left France on January 2. According to a Turkish source, Hayat Boumeddiene entered Turkey on January 2, en route to Syria.

In addition, sources close to French security officials say Boumeddiene crossed the border into Spain and flew from Madrid to Istanbul, before crossing the border into Syria by foot.

If the source is accurate, it would mean that Boumeddiene was likely not in France at the time of Thursday’s senseless shooting of a policewoman in Paris, as originally believed by French authorities. No explanation has been forthcoming, but Boumediene is still wanted in connection with the terrorist attacks.

Officials are still trying to piece together links between Boumeddiene, Amedy Coulibaly, and the Kouachi brothers, who orchestrated the barbaric murders of staff at the satirical magazine, Charlie Hebdo.

All previous reports appeared to confirm that Boumeddiene was a key accomplice of Coulibaly and was wanted in connection with the cold-blooded murder of a French policewoman on Thursday, along with the shootings and hostage-taking at a kosher supermarket in Paris on Friday.

These new revelations pose serious questions for French authorities. Why were authorities so convinced Boumedienne was present in the supermarket siege?

And, if Hayat Boumeddiene wasn’t also complicit in the slaying of the French policewoman, Clarissa Jean-Philippe, then who, exactly, aided Coulibaly’s terror spree?

It was widely accepted that it was Hayat Boumeddiene herself who shot the policewoman, Clarissa Jean-Philippe, at Montrouge in Paris on Thursday. But why were officials so convinced that this was the case? And were reports of there being two terrorists involved in the murder completely accurate?

In the aftermath of the market attack, the media were briefed that Coulibaly killed four of his captives before armed police teams launched the assault that killed the Islamic fanatic. It was simply reported that Boumeddiene had escaped, during or after the operation.

But now, official sources are saying otherwise and casting doubt on the version of events offered by the French Police.

If these latest developments are confirmed to be true, then France has yet another terror suspect in hiding, likely armed to the teeth. Indeed, none of the witnesses or surviving hostages have even been able to place Boumeddiene in the kosher supermarket at the time of the siege.

As France rallies in a show of solidarity and unity, there remains one vitally important, unanswered question. Where is Hayat Boumeddiene?
