Lorene Scafaria and Ashton Kutcher Dating? [Rumor]
Ashton Kutcher spent Christmas in Italy with screenwriter Lorene Scafaria as he continued his inevitably painful recovery from cheating on Demi Moore.
The 33-year-old actor and Scafaria, also 33, stayed at a private pad, had a romantic lunch at Pizzeria Trattoria Toscana in Pisa, and were spotted driving a Porsche Carrera Sports 2011 around the 900-year-old Italian city. One witness told Us Weekly that the couple held hands and shared spaghetti.
If you think Kutcher has moved on quickly – he and Demi Moore only split up last month – sources close to Us Weekly allege he and Scafaria hooked up while Kutcher was still technically married, and while Scafaria was in a relationship with actor Adrien Brody. The pair met in February, when Kutcher auditioned for a part in a Scafaria-penned movie, ‘Seeking a Friend for the End of the World.’ Steve Carell ended up getting the gig.
Reps for both Scafaria and Kutcher deny any romance occurred while other relationships were still ongoing. Indeed, they say the pair are just friends.
In Us Weekly‘s photos, the duo were snapped checking out the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and Kutcher would later tweet about the trip, posting a photo of himself with Scafaria and his business partner, Matt Mazzant.
As for Moore, she stayed home with family for the holidays, including daughter Rumer Willis, in Parrot Cay. A source told Us Weekly:
“She’s doing really well. [She’s] waiting for all of her stuff to come out in the new year [including] her Lifetime show that she’s executive producing.”
