Maci Bookout Calls Taylor McKinney The ‘Best Baby Daddy’

Maci Bookout and her boyfriend, Taylor McKinney, are expecting their first child together, and according to a new tweet, the Teen Mom star’s longtime love couldn’t be more prepared.

“@tmon3yy is sooo good to me. yall. #bestbabydaddy,” Bookout wrote on Twitter on January 3.

As the Inquisitr reported last week, Maci Bookout confirmed her pregnancy to In Touch Weekly.

“We still can’t believe it,” Bookout told the magazine. “It was a huge shock but we are very excited. This baby is such a blessing. I’m calling her my miracle baby.”

Maci Bookout, who is due to give birth to a baby girl in June, was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) after the birth of her son, Bentley, which left her believing she may never conceive.

“I knew my chances of getting pregnant were very low,” Bookout explained, adding she and McKinney had discussed adoption as a possible option.

After Bookout’s legs began to itch, she took a pregnancy test.

“We got a test and it said I was pregnant,” Bookout said.

Also in the magazine, Bookout said she was having “very strange symptoms.”

In a second report about Bookout’s interview, Radar Online revealed the Teen Mom’s future wedding plans.

“Before I got pregnant, we talked heavily about marriage — and we still do, but I don’t want to be a pregnant bride. That would be way too stressful!” Bookout said. “Plus, I want to be able to have fun at my wedding.”

While Bookout isn’t engaged yet, she does hope to be soon. In fact, after two years of dating her motocross racer boyfriend, the reality star is planning for a late 2015 engagement.

“Obviously, I wish we would have been married first, but everything will come together afterwards,” she explained.

Although an engagement is reportedly in the future, Bookout worries that fans will judge her for having another child before marriage.

“I’m a bit apprehensive — I just hope people don’t judge,” she admitted. “We are a little bit scared people might not be as supportive as we want them to be [because we’re not married], but I hope they are.”

Bookout and McKinney have been filming Teen Mom Season 5 for the last few months, which likely means fans will be seeing Bookout’s pregnancy play out on the show. However, since she’s only a few months into her pregnancy, they may not see her child’s birth.

Maci Bookout’s ex-boyfriend, Ryan Edwards, will also be seen on Teen Mom Season 5.
