Kate, William, and Harry enjoyed lunch at Buckingham Palace on Wednesday as a part of royal tradition. According to Mail Online, the trio were joined by several others for the annual pre-Christmas lunch hosted by Queen Elizabeth. Kate Middleton and Prince William arrived with their son, Prince George, and his nanny Maria Theresa Borrallo in the back seat. Other guests included Princess Anne, Prince Edward and Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence. Prince Harry arrived in a separate car, looking dapper in a navy suit.
Kate, William, and Harry were the focus of the lunch guests, as the public couldn’t wait to see photos of their favorite royals. And, of course, everyone wanted to catch a glimpse of 1-year-old Prince George, who was clutching a book in his car seat as his dad drove through the gates. The Duchess of Cambridge looked lovely in a red frock paired with dark chandelier earrings. It is clear that she is feeling much better after being extremely sick during her first trimester of her second pregnancy (the second royal baby for the Duke and Duchess is due in April).
The toddler looked quite content for having such a long day. According to E! News, this is just the start of a week of parties that the young Prince will attend. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are set to host Christmas dinner at their home. It is unknown how many people will be in attendance.
“Will and Kate will host the annual Christmas dinner at their recently remodeled estate in Norfolk. The event is expected to be held in tandem with a housewarming party at Amner Hall, which recently was renovated under Kate’s direction.”
Kate, William, and Harry likely enjoyed lunch together, as the three get along really well.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Prince William attended the lunch after a busy pre-holiday schedule. Aside from recently returning home from New York with his wife, the Duke made a stop at the homeless charity, Centrepoint, before rejoining his family for the holiday lunch.
