Nancy Juvonen And Jimmy Fallon Welcome Healthy Baby Girl, Frances Cole

Nancy Juvonen and Jimmy Fallon welcomed their second daughter into the world and into their hearts on December 3, 2014. The baby girl was born via a surrogate, and joins big sister Winnie Rose, aged 16 months, and their beloved pet golden retriever, Gary. The couple named the newest member of their family Frances Cole.

According to Yahoo! Celebrity, a spokesperson for Jimmy Fallon and Nancy Juvonen proclaimed the arrival of their baby girl, sharing all the details.

“‘The Tonight Show’ host Jimmy Fallon and his wife, Nancy, have welcomed a baby girl. Frances Cole Fallon officially entered the world at 8:45 am on December 3rd weighing 5 lbs. 11 ounces and is 18.5 inches long. Their new addition joins big sister, Winnie Rose.”

Fallon and Juvonen have been married since 2007. He is the host of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. She is a film producer and the co-owner of the production company Flower Films with actress Drew Barrymore. It was Barrymore who introduced the pair during the filming of the 2005 flick Fever Pitch. The rest, as they say, is history. The couple became engaged in August 2007, and married later that same year.

The 40-year-old Tonight Show host missed recording the show in order to spend time with his growing family. Reruns will air for two days until Fallon returns to his on-air duties, NBC told E! News.

“Due to unexpected but delightful circumstances, ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ has had to cancel tapings for [Wednesday and Thursday].”

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Nancy Juvonen and Jimmy Fallon also used a surrogate to carry their first child after experiencing difficulty conceiving. They struggled with fertility for five years before deciding to use a surrogate. The happily married couple kept the surrogacy a secret until their first daughter was born, choosing to surprise everyone with the happy news that Fallon had become a dad. The former Saturday Night Live cast member explained the couple’s thought process behind their decision to keep the surrogacy hidden until after their daughter Winnie Rose’s arrival.

“We said, ‘We’re not going to tell anybody,'” Fallon said after the birth of his first daughter. “It’d be just more fun if it’s just private between me and my wife. And then we get to introduce her to everybody.”

As with their first bundle of joy, Nancy Juvonen and Jimmy Fallon kept the news of their latest blessed event a secret until after the baby was born.
