Heidi Montag Surgery Promise: ‘The Hills’ Star Will Not Have Any More Plastic Surgeries
Heidi Montag has made a promise about plastic surgery to the world. The former star of MTV reality series The Hills has revealed in a new interview that she will grow old gracefully and is done with plastic surgery.
Almost five years ago, Montag made news when she had 10 plastic surgeries in just one day, but those days are now behind her. MTV News shared Montag’s vow after she sat down for an interview with Extra.
Last year, Montag underwent surgery to change some of the things she had done to herself on that day almost five years ago. She had her breasts enlarged to an F-size cup, but she decided to have her breasts reduced to a D-size cup last year. She showed off her new breast size in a photo shoot.
However, her breast surgery is not the work she regretted having most. The reality star admitted that her chin reduction surgery was her biggest mistake. Montag spoke openly about her regrets and her decision to stop having more work done on herself now.
“I’m just done with all of it. I’m going to age gracefully and bow out. I have TMJ now and my jaw hurts. I don’t think people do tell you the trauma of what you’re going to heal from. I was in so much pain, I actually thought I was going to die. I disliked myself so much. I literally chopped up my own body.”
Fans of Montag will be able to see more on her on the small screen. Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt will appear together on an upcoming season of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars. That series will premiere in early 2015. Earlier this month, Montag posted on her Twitter to mark the couple’s six year anniversary.

Montag is also busy writing. She has written a fiction novel, and it will be released early next year. Heidi shared details about the plot of her novel when she stopped by Access Hollywood for an interview.
“It’s going to be a fiction book based on a girl from a small town who fell into the limelight of reality TV and the chaos of it.”
The book does sound very much like her own life, but she did say it is a fictional story and not a tell-all book.
Montag does know a bit about the troubles a life in Hollywood can cause. The Inquisitr recently reported that Heidi reached out to actress Amanda Bynes, and offered her a place to stay. The offer was made via Twitter after Bynes complained of having troubles at home.
