Piers Morgan and wife Celia Walden welcome baby girl
Piers Morgan has become a dad for the fourth time – the former America’s Got Talent judge confirmed on Twitter on Friday that he and his wife Celia Walden, a writer for the UK’s Daily Telegraph, have welcomed in a new baby girl, Elise.
“It’s true. I’ve become a dad for the 4th time, to a baby girl called Elise,” Morgan said in a tweet on Friday. “She’s absurdly beautiful, and utterly adorable.”
Morgan is also father to three sons from a previous marriage – Spencer, 18, Stanley, 14, and Albert, 11. Elise is the first child between Morgan and Walden since their marriage in June of last year.
With the birth of Elise, Morgan is no doubt going to be a busy man come 2012. He recently announced his departure from America’s Got Talent in order to focus on his other job as a CNN host – specifically, so that he could better handle the 2012 political season.
