Jennifer Gimenez’s Los Angeles Home Targeted By Robbers, She Speaks Out [Exclusive]

Jennifer Gimenez’s Los Angeles home was robbed on Monday. According to a new report, the Blow actress was targeted by thieves who rummaged through her belongings and stole her most valuable items.

“[Gimenez] came home to her L.A. home Monday afternoon and found her front window wide open and the screen thrown to the ground,” TMZ reported on Tuesday, November 18. “Sources close to Jennifer say that she went inside and, to her horror, found several rooms torn apart and $20,000 worth of jewelry, Gucci and Louis Vuitton handbags missing.”

According to TMZ, the robbery happened in broad daylight but unfortunately, there doesn’t appear to have been any witnesses. Gimenez is understandably upset about the devastating violation but luckily, she does have one thing to be thankful for. Her dog, Mickey, who was home at the time when the thieves ransacked her place, was completely unharmed.

In a statement to the Inquisitr, Jennifer Gimenez said, “I’m really freaked out and shocked and scared because I feel so violated but really, really grateful that they didn’t hurt or take my dog.”

Although her dog’s safety is certainly something to be happy about, Gimenez can’t help but wonder if the robbers who targeted her home had been watching her prior to the break-in. “It’s so scary,” she revealed, asking, “Are they watching me? Have they been watching me?”

In regard to the emotional roller coaster she’s been on in the last 24 hours, Gimenez told the Inquisitr, “I can’t even explain it.”

Immediately following the break-in, Jennifer Gimenez tweeted to her many fans, letting them know what happened. “MY HOUSE WAS ROBBED, THANK GOD they DIDN’T take MY MICKEY! WAITING FOR #LAPD to come…. I’M A F**KING MESS!” she said.

Last summer, Brandi Glanville, a longtime friend of Gimenez who recently debuted a relationship with a younger man, according to the Inquisitr, went through the same set of circumstances. Sadly, one of her two dogs, a Chihuahua named Chica, was reportedly lost in the break-in and never found. After filing a police report, Glanville offered a $10,000 reward for anyone who could find her precious pup and return her.

It was later reported that the break-in may actually have been a mistake made by Glanville’s assistant. In a second TMZ report, it was alleged that Glanville’s assistant was fired after the incident for losing the dog and staging a break-in to cover up her mistake.

While it hasn’t yet been confirmed, fans shouldn’t be surprised to see Jennifer Gimenez on the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which, as the Inquisitr reported, premieres tonight on Bravo. Gimenez has made several guest appearances throughout the series’ run and, as Glanville’s best friend, she’s sure to make a cameo appearance — or possibly more.
