New Max Payne 3 video series breaks down technology, treats us to gameplay

Rockstar kicked off a new video series for Max Payne 3 today, the first of which focuses on the “design and technology” behind Max Payne 3 and sets the stage for the rest of the video series.

The focus may be on the technology that makes Max Payne 3, but don’t let a bunch of technical speak hold you back from watching this one. As the narrator walks us through various design points, we’re treated to a whole bunch of gameplay throughout the video – and yeah, that includes some footage of bullet time in action.

It’s some of the only gameplay footage of Max Payne 3 to be released so far, so you’ll definitely want to check this one out if you’re excited to see what Rockstar can do with the third game in the series.

Max Payne 3 is due out next March on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
