Can anyone work out Lily Allen? The British version of Lindsay Lohan crossed with Courtney love, with some Katy Perry chucked in likes exposing herself on television, or to be more precise, her third nipple.

Allen flashed her unique asset on Dutch television while floating down a canal being interviewed. Better yet, she told the interviewer that “it gets hard when you touch it.”
