Stanley Tucci And Felicity Blunt Are Having A Baby — Here’s How He Reacted To The News!

In an interview with US Weekly, the 53-year old actor stated that he is “very excited” to be having a baby with his wife of two years, Felicity.
“I’m very excited to be a dad. It’s incredible. I’m most excited to have a baby with Felicity and for the baby to be healthy.”
According to ABC News, Stanley Tucci also had the opportunity to show off his comic timing with a quip in reference to whether he wanted a boy a girl.
“The sex is of no concern to me. The sex of the baby, that is.”
The new Baby Tucci will be Child #4 for Stanley Tucci. Tucci had three other children during his 14-year marriage to Kathryn Tucci, according to Long Island Press.
Stanley Tucci also helped his first wife to raise two children from her previous marriage before she died in 2009 from breast cancer. When asked about preparing for movie roles where he is required to play a father (such as in Easy A, where he played the father of Emma Stone), Stanley stated that his real-life experiences provide more than enough preparation.
“You don’t have to worry about preparing to play the role of a father when you have three children! I’ve also raised two stepchildren… I prepare all the time… The key thing was just to keep it truthful and…to really show underneath… all that joking and stuff, to show that you really care and that you really are looking out for… your daughter and making sure that she really is OK.”
In addition to his (or her) siblings, Baby Tucci will also have a cousin that is not very much older than them. Felicity’s sister, actress Emily Blunt, gave birth to her first child (Hazel) with actor John Krasinski earlier this year.

Stanley Tucci and Felicity Blunt married each other in secret in August 2012, but then celebrated with a formal wedding ceremony in October of the same year.
