Jennifer Lawrence’s ex-boyfriend, Nicholas Hoult, was the only person who was ever supposed to lay eyes on her nude photos. Unfortunately, cruel hackers stole them and shared them with the whole world by leaking them on the internet. Lawrence recently made her feelings about the violation of privacy perfectly clear, and now Hoult has revealed what he thinks of Jennifer’s stolen photos.
According to Too Fab, Jennifer Lawrence’s ex recently appeared on Good Day New York to promote his movie Young Ones. However, the topic of Lawrence’s nude photos eventually had to come up, and you can hear Hoult take a deep breath when he’s asked about them in the video below. He looks very uncomfortable, but he manages to say a few words about the hacking that has been dubbed “The Fappening.”
“It’s shocking that things like that happen in the world. It’s a shame.”
Jennifer Lawrence decided to respond to the leaked nude photos during a recent interview with Vanity Fair. She called being hacked a “sex crime,” and she was very open and honest while explaining why she took the photos.
“I was in a loving, healthy, great relationship for four years. It was long distance, and either your boyfriend is going to look at porn or he’s going to look at you.”
As The Inquisitr previously reported, Jennifer Lawrence is now dating Coldplay singer Chris Martin, the ex of Gwyneth Paltrow. Interestingly, Nicholas Hoult’s Young Ones movie is directed by Gwyneth Paltrow’s brother, Jake Paltrow. It’s set in a dystopian world where water is hard to find, and its cast also includes Elle Fanning and Michael Shannon.
News of Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult’s breakup broke early this August. A source told E! News that their split was amicable, and that they decided to call it quits because work was forcing them to spend too much time apart. During an interview for the June issue of Marie Claire, Lawrence talked about how she and Hoult tried to make their long-distance relationship work.
“When we’re busy, we agree to mutually ignore each other. Not completely, but neither of us gets mad when the other doesn’t text back or call. Life’s super-busy. Obviously you know what they’re doing, and you trust them.”
Jennifer also talked about rumors that she and Kristen Stewart hate each other. Lawrence revealed that she considered the Twilight actress a friend, but this might not be the case anymore — there are rumors that Kristen Stewart is dating Nicholas Hoult.
Hoult and Stewart are costarring in the upcoming sci-fi romance Equals. According to Page Six, Nicholas recently attended a Cinema Society party for Kristen’s new movie, Clouds of Sils Maria, and the pair were spotted looking pretty cozy.
