Kelly Rowland Poses Pregnant And Nude For Elle Magazine
Pregnant Kelly Rowland has posed nude for Elle Magazine and the images prove that the singer has managed to keep her tremendous figure despite the fact that she’s expecting.
The 31-year-old, who announced in June via Instagram that she was with child, also talked to the publication about her fitness regime and she admitted that she works out just as regularly as she did before she became pregnant.
Rowland, who referred to her entire pregnancy as “Godmazing,” admits that she does cave in and devour the sort of grub that she’s expected to while pregnant from time to time though. However, she maintains that she walks two miles every single day and that she continues to exercise because it’s incredibly important to her.
“Exercise really helps that. To be honest, I did modify my exercise routine a bit by just listening to my body.”
However, Rowland, who is expecting her first child with her husband and manager Tim Witherspoon, confessed that she has indulged in a variety of different cravings that include numerous desserts, but maintaining her fitness means that she doesn’t put on weight.
“I love cherry pie and chocolate ice cream with peanut butter mixed in it. And I had a week straight where I was obsessed with nachos.”
Meanwhile, Rowland also confirmed that she rubs “shea butter, pure cocoa butter and coconut oil” on her skin and that she doesn’t feel the need to include chemicals in her moisturising rituals.
During the former Destiny Child singer’s chat, she went on to open up about what she is looking forward to the most about her impending motherhood and Rowland declared that she simply cannot wait for it to begin.
“I can’t wait until he gets here. I just have a couple more weeks. I’m excited to bring a child into the world, and sharing that experience with my husband is probably the most beautiful part.”
Rowland is hoping that all of her efforts to keep fit will now mean that she has “an easier delivery,” and she explained that she spoke to numerous women about their plight which is what convinced her of her regime.
