Kris Jenner Says She’s Ready To Start Dating Again, Wants To Be In Love

Kris Jenner said she felt like a failure when her 22-year marriage to Bruce Jenner fell apart, but the famous “momager” of the Kardashian clan is now ready to find love again.

Kris and Bruce Jenner announced last year that they had been living apart for quite some time, though they didn’t actually file for divorce until last month. The two have remained on good terms, and TMZ reported that the divorce has been so amicable that Kris and Bruce haven’t needed lawyers, instead hashing out the details through their business managers.

In an interview with Guiliana Rancic, Kris Jenner said she tried hard to make her marriage with Bruce work, but “when I realized it wasn’t, then you want the next best thing, and that’s an amazing friendship.”

But Kris said she’s not done looking for love, either. “I want to definitely be in love, I like being in love, I think there’s no better feeling in the world,” she said. “So yeah, I mean that would be amazing.”

But Kris isn’t in any hurry to start dating again. Jenner said she’s completely happy with the people she has in her life right now.

Kris added that she’s been focusing on being a good mom to her kids, and finds it “hurtful” when her parenting skills are criticized.

“When someone starts criticizing your role and your ability to be a good mom. I prided myself my entire life… my most important role in my life is being a mom. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for my kids.”

Kris Jenner said she even has some old-fashioned advice for her kids to deal with the criticism — just ignore it.

“At some point, you can’t control what really ignorant, nasty people are going to say about a family that they really nothing about personally. 99.9% of the stuff that’s printed is absolute lies,” she noted.
