Tori Spelling Pregnant? Watch Her Open Up On ‘True Tori’ [Video]

Is Tori Spelling pregnant? That’s exactly what Lifetime is advertising for the upcoming season of the 90210 star’s reality show True Tori.

The show is a journey in which Spelling hopes to find peace with her husband Dean McDermott after a tough year of marital issues. Now E! is previewing a few cuts that suggest Spelling might be pregnant.

At the end of the preview Tori says, “Oh and there’s one more thing, I may be pregnant.” A picture perfect story, right? Not at all. As we can see from the promotion it’s a familiar vision with Dean lamenting on why Spelling endures a marriage with him and Spelling grappling with Dean.

“Why are you with me? I feel like such a nagging tyrant,” says Dean. Spelling cries, “I’m sick of arguing.”

Perhaps this supposed maybe pregnancy is a way to bump up ratings of the show? This news follows the report by Radar Online that the pair took a ginormous pay cut due to horrible ratings.

As it just so happens, McDermott isn’t getting a single cent from the Lifetime series.

“Lifetime was interested in doing another season of the show. However, Tori had to be willing to take a pay cut, a big one, and she did.”

The source continued, “The pay cut was significant. Tori is making only $50,000 to do Season Two. And Dean isn’t making a dime. Tori made sure his contract specified that.”

It’s not like the reality series is doing the couple any favors. As it is they’re known as one of the most dramatic couples on television. According to Spelling’s friends, she is that desperate to be in the limelight.

“Her friends think she would have done the reality show for free, she is that obsessed with having her personal life played out on camera! She needs constant validation from Dean and everyone around her.”

For the upcoming season, Lifetime released a statement to Radar about what’s to come for the couple. Baby plans weren’t discussed.

Tori will focus on “healing herself and dealing head-on with the issues that have plagued her for years. While much of the chaos of last spring is seemingly behind her, there still exists a tremendous amount of work ahead for Tori as she struggles to find her true self.”
