Pepperoni Pizza Cake: Possibly The Greatest Recipe Ever Goes Viral
Pillsbury, in conjunction with Shawn Syphus, posted the recipe for a Pepperoni Pizza Cake on their website earlier this month, and the internet has fallen in love with it.
Who wouldn’t? What’s not to love about layers and layers of cheesy pepperoni goodness?
The recipe, which was originally posted on SoGood Blog in April of this year, is making its way around Facebook, and Twitter users are spreading their joy about the Pepperoni Pizza Cake after various media outlets such as Fox Boston and Buzzfeed published the picture and recipe.
The cake is made by layering packaged pizza dough with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni in a tall pan. You can see the illustrated, step by step recipe on the Pillsbury website.
Why stop at pepperoni, though? The possibilities are endless.
