Teresa Giudice Fired: ‘Real Housewives Of New Jersey’ Star Reportedly Getting Dumped By Bravo
Teresa Giudice may be losing her freedom and her cushy reality television job all in one week.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is awaiting sentencing for her fraud conviction, and now sources indicate that Bravo could soon terminate her contract as well.
Reports have indicated that Teresa Giudice could be fired from Bravo, and the reality star could already be taking action. Reports indicated that Teresa could be preparing divorce papers to give husband Joe Giudice, all in a bid to keep her television job.
But Teresa could have bigger problems than possibly being booted from the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast. This week her lawyers banned Teresa from posting on social media, which came after she was seen sporting a $2,000 handbag on the Bravo reality show.
A source told Radar Online that flaunting her wealth after being convicted of bankruptcy fraud could be hurting her chances at trial:
“[Teresa’s behavior] is actually hurting her. All of her bad behavior is caught on camera, and there is a chance the judge or prosecutors could use that against her… After reading the report of Teresa carrying such a high priced designer bag, her lawyers were furious…It just looks bad after coming out of her bankruptcy drama. Teresa told her attorneys that the producers asked her to carry the designer handbag, and she felt obligated to do so, but they were still mad and told her to keep quiet.”
Even though she may be on the way to being fired from Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa Giudice still has some support. Co-star Lisa Vanderpump is reaching out to her friend to lend whatever help she can.
“I have called her because I can only imagine, it has to be a nightmare to be in the midst of that,” she told E! News at the 2014 Hero Dog Awards. “She’s always been a lovely woman. I know that from first-hand experience.”
Teresa Giudice will learn her fate this week, with criminal sentencing set for Thursday. Her future on the Real Housewives of New Jersey is less clear.
