From the outside looking in, Kourtney Kardashian has it all. The cutest clothes, the hottest hair, the top trainers to keep her in top shape, the perfect family. But life through the looking glass and photo lenses isn’t the same as life within the walls of the Kardashian clan. Now sources say that Kourtney Kardashian is terrified that her boyfriend Scott Disick will dump her in the delivery room, reported the International Business Times on Sept. 22.
When Koutrney announced that she was pregnant in June, she turned to Scott for support. And his reaction shocked and scared her. Disick even displayed fury at her pregnancy announcement on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” As Kourtney Kardashian sat there, stunned, Disick exploded.
“You just keep suckering me into these kids. I can’t handle all of this responsibility,” accused Disick.
But “momager” Kris Jenner has trained her daughters well. Kourtney Kardashian is keeping up with the “Keeping Up” title of their reality show by cheerfully shopping and schmoozing in public with Disick and her daughter, reported the Daily Mail on Sept. 21.
Tiny two-year-old Penelope happily held her mother’s hand as they headed to brunch together. Playing the family card skillfully, Kourtney Kardashian dressed her little daughter in a matching outfit as Disick trailed behind them.
But can her relationship with Disick survive the pregnancy? As the Inquisitr reported, Kourtney Kardashian was left to take on the role of the strong one in the relationship when Disick failed to keep his promises to stay sober.
As the oldest sister in a family continually under the media spotlight, Kourtney Kardashian has succeeded in staying strong by researching the best ways to stay health physically, emotionally and spiritually. Appearing on the cover of the fall issue of Natural Health, Kourtney reveals that she’s a believer in the benefits of yoga, organic food and Ayurvedic cooking.
Kourtney Kardashian credits her yoga teacher for introducing her to the concepts of an Ayurvedic diet.
We would do yoga for an hour and then [my yoga teacher would] stay for another hour and cook with me. That’s where I got all of my rules. In our house, we do everything whole: whole milk and full-fat cheeses. And I use ghee and coconut oil for cooking.
In addition, the reality TV star says yoga helps her stay calm. Her children help too.
“I was anxious, and it just helped me feel calm,” said Kourtney Kardashian about her yoga practice. “I’m busy with the kids, and they show you what life’s about, what’s really important. They make it really easy for me not to pay attention.”
