Iggy Azalea Might Release Her Sex Tape In The Near Future [Rumor]
Iggy Azalea probably hates the internet with a passion right about now.
In case you haven’t heard, the Australian rapper reportedly has a sex tape squirreled away in deep, dark directory on a random computer somewhere in the world. According to the story making the rounds online, this naughty little home movie somehow made its way into the hands of Vivid Entertainment CEO Steven Hirsch, the guy responsible for distributing Kim Kardashian’s romp with Ray J. Don’t pretend like you’ve never heard of it.
As The Inquisitr previously reported, the saga involving Iggy Azalea and her alleged sex tape definitely gets a little complicated. At first, her reps were quick to shoot down rumors of the video, and the rapper even headed to Twitter to help settle everyone down. However, reports soon surfaced that the home movie was possibly real, though it was probably made when she was underage. That’s definitely a problem.
Azalea’s handlers issued a very abrupt, very stern message about the situation.
“It is categorically not Iggy Azalea in the video in question. She has never been involved in any sexually explicit recordings.”
Still with us? Shortly after the story broke, Hefe Fine, otherwise known as the guy in the Iggy Azalea sex tape, told TMZ that it’s definitely his ex-girlfriend in the video. What’s more, she’s well aware of its existence. Although Fine is more than willing to except a hefty payday from Vivid, apparently Iggy isn’t too thrilled about the situation.
Or is she? The gossip mongers lurking in the dungeons over at Hollywood Life recently spoke to someone with all sorts of convenient inside knowledge about the situation. According to their source — anonymous, mind you — Azalea could end up releasing the sex tape should her career start to flounder at some point down the road. Hey, it worked for Kim Kardashian, right? We suppose that depends on your definition of success.
Here’s what the source exclusively told the website.
“The tape is real, but Iggy is currently experiencing a career high, so she’s definitely not going to sign a sex tape release form. Therefore, it will not be released any time soon. But in a few years, if her career takes a dip in any way, and she starts to be forgotten, then Iggy will likely sign on the dotted line and release the tape.”
Is there any truth to this nasty little rumor? Eh, probably not. However, the idea isn’t too far-fetched. Like most pop stars these days, Iggy Azalea has a built-in expiration date.
