Melanie Griffith Looking Great In Spite Of Antonio Banderas’ New Love Interest

Melanie Griffith is moving on with her life. After filing for divorce from Antonio Banderas on June 6, she has been seen hitting the gym. It is obvious in recent photos that she is really thin.

The 57-year-old actress is moving on with her life, and seems to be in a good place, despite the news of Antonio finding a new love, according to Xpose Entertainment. Melanie and Antonio have had their share of difficult times in their eighteen years of marriage, even taking several breaks from each other. So, it comes as no real surprise that the two have decided to call it quits for good.

Antonio seems to be ecstatic with finding the beautiful Dutch investment consultant Nicole Kempel. According to Daily Mail, the two have been spotted in various places since May, including a party at Cannes and at a St. Tropez club dancing the night away before walking hand in hand back to their hotel.

All the while, Melanie is focusing on herself. Her first order of business is having her “Antonio” tattoo removed. She tells XPose Entertainment,

”Over the last years, I’ve devoted myself to my family, and that was it. But now, I’m completely free. So I’m determinate to do only what I want from now on, and none is going to stop me.”

Griffith’s fans can watch for her in Pippin On Broadway coming in January. Melanie also stars in a short film, Thirst, where she portrays an alcoholic prostitute, as well as working on a comedy with Bob Saget, according to ABC News.

Daily Mail does reveal that Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas will be back on the big screen together in a film produced by Antonio. Automata is a sci-fi thriller that will have a limited release on October 10. Melanie’s daughter, Dakota, will also be starring in the controversial 50 Shades of Grey coming out next February, although she swears she won’t go see it. (A promise her daughter made her make). So, Melanie is a very busy girl these days.
