Gwyneth Paltrow Is In Trouble With Her Trainer For Dating Men

Gwyneth Paltrow takes her workout very seriously. The question is, does she take it as seriously as she does dating?

A strange question you might posit, but according to her personal trainer, Tracy Anderson, who spoke to Us Weekly recently about Paltrow, and about how her client should be spending her time since splitting from husband of 10 years, Coldplay‘s Chris Martin.

Anderson kept it short, though she made her point loud and clear when she said, “If she has one guy right now I’m going to be pissed.” The remark was made at a Republic Records VMA after party in Los Angeles, referring to Paltrow’s new alleged boyfriend, Brad Falchuk.

Perhaps Anderson is worried due to her client’s previous track record when it comes to dating. After all, before she met Martin back in 2003, Paltrow had a string of famous relationships with some of Hollywood’s finest, including Luke Wilson, Ben Affleck, and Brad Pitt.

According to Anderson, who has spent literally hours and hours working Gwyneth Paltrow hard and knows her just about as well as anyone, her client has a special kind of charm, a wonderful sense of humor and, in Anderson’s words, “a heart of gold.”

Anderson told the publication about Paltrow:

“She’s really funny. I think she’s surprisingly funny and she’s surprisingly down-to-earth. People throw a lot of crap her way thinking she’s had some kind of entitled life. [She] can probably take it.”

And this isn’t the first time Tracy Anderson, trainer to the stars, has gushed hard about Paltrow, with some even suggesting she might have a bit of a crush on her. Back in January 2013, Anderson said about Paltrow to Redbook:

“We have a sisterhood. We can text all day. She’s been so there for me. She had no time when my daughter was born, but she flew over to snuggle with her. And she’s seen me through a few bad men — big time! She has — where do I begin? — empowered me mentally and spiritually. She’s a good woman like that.”
