‘Sailor Moon’ Episode Re-Created by Over 250 Artists [VIDEO]

Sailor Moon, the popular anime from the 1990s, was recently relaunched as Sailor Moon Crystal, but the classic episodes are still beloved by fans. So beloved that over 250 artists came together between October 2013 and July 2014 to re-create an entire classic episode by mashing up their various styles. Each artist animated a different segment and the end result is nothing short of spectacular, whether you are a long time fan or not.

According to the Huffington Post, the reimagining of the classic Sailor Moon episode was the brainchild of artist and producer Kate Sullivan, who recruited the band of artists to create something entirely unique and arguably magic.
