Angelina Jolie wore a Versace dress to the Maleficent premiere at the Ebisu Garden Place in Tokyo, Japan, over the weekend. According to BoldSky, Angie chose the knee-length, tight LBD for the occasion, pairing it with a pair of classic black pumps. The actress looked stunning as she walked the red carpet and posed for photos with her co-star, Elle Fanning. Elle was wearing a long off-white lace gown by Alexander McQueen. The two dresses actually complimented each other on the red carpet, believe it or not.
According to E! Online, Jolie's dress showed off her fabulous shape. It made a statement without showing too much skin, and it was simply perfect for the mom of six.
"The peaked neckline is a unique cut, but it's that cinched waist that really makes this a winner. The cinched waist and the body that can wear it..."
Angelina Jolie's black Versace dress wasn't something out of the ordinary for her. In fact, the Maleficent star is often seen out in black gowns (anyone remember leg-gate?). It is no secret that Jolie loves a classic black look. However, this particular dress showed off Angelina's curves perfectly. She looked very sexy while still managing to keep herself covered up, which is really the best way to do it, right?
Jolie has had great success with Maleficent. According to The Huffington Post, the film has become Jolie's highest grossing live-action film ever. That's huge news for Jolie, who managed to make her own bit of Disney magic when she took on the role of the "evil queen" from Sleeping Beauty.
Angelina Jolie's Versace dress wasn't the only sexy thing about her at the premiere, either. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Angie's sex appeal comes in many different ways. For those who find her tattoos sexy, she has quite a few of them -- and many were visible since her dress was strapless.
Jolie's kids are really intrigued with her ink and have shown an interest in her body markings recently. Angelina says that she explains her tattoos to her children because each one has a story and a significant meaning in her life. Jolie's son, Pax, 10, is already thinking about his first tattoo. Of course he has got a good eight years to go before he gets one (unless his mom and dad agree to let him get one sooner).
