Maks Chmerkovskiy, Meryl Davis Spend Weekend Apart: Maks Parties With JLo, Meryl Hangs With Her Bro
Maks Chmerkovskiy and Meryl Davis did not spend the weekend together, despite both of them being in the U.S. for a couple of days. While fans were hopeful that the two would share a dinner together, that didn’t happen. Instead, Meryl spent some quality time with her brother while Maks spent some “quality time” with Jennifer Lopez. You know, the woman that he isn’t dating. Supposedly.
Meryl took to her Twitter account this weekend to share a photo of her with her brother on a hike:

Meryl and Maks didn’t even tweet about the same things this weekend, and they weren’t even in the same part of the country. Meryl and her brother spent a good part of the day together on Sunday, just one day after Meryl’s rumored beau, Maks, was spotted parting with Jennifer Lopez after her show at Foxwoods Resort and Casino in Connecticut. According to Us Weekly, Maks and JLo danced the night away at the popular Foxwoods nightclub, Shrine.
A witness shared:
“Maks was whispering into her ear and hugging her. They looked very flirty with each other… She had a huge smile on her face and looked like she was having a great time.”
Maks Chmerkovskiy and Meryl Davis haven’t seen each other in a couple of weeks, which is making fans wonder if there really isn’t anything going on romantically between them. The fact that Maks and Jennifer Lopez were together isn’t really surprising because they were both in the same area for events this weekend. JLo had a concert at Foxwoods on Saturday night and Maks had a signing in New Jersey the same day. He probably went to Lopez’s concert that night and met up with her afterwards. Despite the source saying that the two were holding hands at one point, the two likely aren’t dating. It’s fine to be flirty with your friends, right?
If Maks and Meryl have anything going on, chances are Meryl wouldn’t be too happy about her man dancing with Jennifer Lopez — and flirting with her, but who knows? Time is going to do its job and either Maks is going to date Meryl or he’s not. They will either be in love or they won’t be. For now, it’s still a waiting game.
As previously reported by The Inquisitr, there was a spot of hope that Maks and Meryl were going to connect this weekend. Sadly, that didn’t happen.
