Kacy Byxbee And Hawaii Five-O Star Scott Caan Expecting First Child ‘Very Soon’

Hawaii Five-O star Scott Caan and his girlfriend, Kacy Byxbee, have just announced the happy news that they are expecting their first child together, reps confirmed to US Weekly.

A source told the publication:

They haven’t been keeping it private really, she’s just been working on her business with her family so she hasn’t been around. She’s expecting very soon.

Kacy Byxbee enjoyed a lavish baby shower last weekend and was joined by all her friends and family in Los Angeles in anticipation of the arrival.

During an appearance on Chelsea Lately over a year ago, the Hawaii Five-O star opened up about his relationship, with Kacy Byxbee, which had already been going on for a couple of years:

“She should get the purple heart because I’m a complete disaster. Everything’s very slow-motion. I pick up the cup and they slowly pick of the cup,” he joked at the time.

Kacy and Scot aren’t the only ones who are elated about the upcoming birth. Scott’s father, legendary actor James Caan, said he couldn’t be more thrilled about the prospect of becoming a grandfather.

The source told Us Weekly: “His dad James is really close with him,. He is very excited.”

Neither Kacy Byxbee nor Scott Caan have allowed any suggestions to leak out about the sex of their first baby. However, it is assumed by most that the parents-to-be probably already know the sex of the child.

These days, especially in Hollywood celebrity circles, parents are accustomed to find out the sex of the child so that they can make the appropriate plans when it comes to preparing and decorating the nursery for the baby.

It remains to be seen whether it will be a boy or a girl, but rumors have it that the birth is imminent – as in, “any day now.”
