The Big Bang Theory is currently on break between its seventh and eighth seasons, but there is still much to talk about! The hottest show on CBS’s lineup remains hot even in the off season.
The numbers are in, and The Big Bang Theory has led the ratings for Live plus DVR in the 18-49 demographic over the last 35 weeks, the 2013-2014 seasons with an increase of 2.5 adults per show. Raising Hope had a strong showing, having the largest increase period over period, but was still in the shadow of The Big Bang Theory.
Mayim Bialik, in an interview withVariety, discussed her most difficult scene of Season 7 of The Big Bang Theory. “Amy and Sheldon had a kiss this year, and that was a big deal for our characters. It was really special to have such a monumental moment for our characters, but also as actors,” Bialik says of the momentous kiss. The sitcom veteran surely has had her share of difficult scenes, the kiss seen ’round the world surely ranks up there as one of those moments. Not so much difficult to perform, or that it’s a touchy subject, but to just know that the moment is going to be so big for The Big Bang Theory fans. The pressure is on to deliver!
