Cressida Bonas Lands Big Movie Role, Wants A-List Hollywood Boyfriend After Prince Harry Split

Cressida Bonas is moving on from Prince Harry in a big way, landing a movie role and reportedly seeking out an A-list Hollywood boyfriend.

Bonas and Prince Harry split up in April after two years of dating. Harry reportedly told friends that the relationship just wasn’t working out anymore, a shock to many who believed the couple was moving quickly toward marriage.

The couple had an on-again off-again relationship since 2012, though it had seemed they were getting more serious. It was recently reported that Cressida was given an “all access” pass to Harry’s place.

But the couple then broke up suddenly and with little explanation.

Cressida Bonas is now moving on from the relationship, and doesn’t seem to be looking back. A report in the June 16 print edition of The National Enquirer said that Bonas has partnered with Princess Beatrice, who is using her Hollywood connections to get Cressida a date.

The report noted that Beatrice talked with friends Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis to find a suitable A-lister to hook her up with.

Cressida had already used her relationship with Prince Harry to parlay an appearance in a movie. She is set to appear in the Weinstein Company’s production Tulip Fevera.

The movie, set in 17th-century Amsterdam, follows a young woman who has an affair with an artist hired to paint her portrait. It also stars Glee‘s Matthew Morrison and British model Cara Delevingne.

The gossip blog Celeb Dirty Laundry noted that Cressida Bonas is looking for bigger things now that the relationship with Prince Harry ended. The report noted:

“Wating to enjoy a real career is one of the reasons that Bonas decided to end things with Harry. After talking to Kate Middleton and really coming to understand just how all-encompassing becoming a royal would have been, Bonas realized that it was a life that would have made her miserable in the long run. It seems after sharing living space with Harry for only 6 weeks Bonas already couldn’t handle life in a fish bowl and got herself out of there. It makes perfect sense that she would throw all of her energy into the work that she nearly gave up completely.”

The career choice makes sense for Cressida Bonas, a graduate of London’s Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.

“Acting, dancing and singing is something I have done my whole life,” Bonas told The Sunday Times earlier this month regarding her performance at the Hay-on-Wye festival in There’s a Monster in the Lake. “Being part of a creative team is the best thing in the world and I feel very happy within a creative environment.”

With Cressida Bonas seemingly moved on from her relationship, Prince Harry may have to buy a movie ticket if he wants to see her again.
