Star Wars: The Old Republic gets a new character class trailer

Believe it or not, there was once a time when you had to do some digging to find some fresh Star Wars: The Old Republic news. Ever since E3, however, BioWare has been going in hard with an onslaught of media and news which, as far as I’m concerned, is perfectly fine.

The latest bit of media BioWare has passed out is a new class trailer straight out of Comic Con. If you’re unfamiliar with the game’s classes, the trailer acts as a good primer to get you up-to-date, with the added bonus of adding a little character to each of the game’s classes.

The game’s eight total classes are split up into two sides: the Sith and the Jedi. On the Jedi’s side, we have the Trooper, the Smuggler, the Jedi Knight and the Jedi Consular, and on the Sith’s side we have the Bounty Hunter, the Sith Warrior, the Imperial Agent and the Sith Inquisitor.

BioWare has yet to commit to a proper release date for Star Wars: The Old Republic, but that hasn’t stopped them from showing us what the pricey, yet feature-packed collector’s edition will look like. Just yesterday we got word of what manner of goodies the collector’s edition will come with and, as a bonus, BioWare filled us in on just when the MMO’s public beta is expected to kick off. For more on that, see our previous coverage at this link.
