La Liga fans will be able to watch Real Madrid vs. Valladolid live online, as the season draws to an end and there are less than a handful of matches left.

Real Madrid find themselves in third place in La Liga standings, five points away from the leaders, Altetico Madrid and two-points back from arch rivals Barcelona. Even though they have scored more goals (100) than any other team in the Spanish league, it isn’t enough.

Last Sunday, Real barely got one point, after drawing against Valencia 2-2 thanks to an incredible back heel goal by Cristiano Ronaldo, but manager Carlo Ancelotti, says that “Los Blancos” has recovered from the “emotional mental hangover” that was the Valencia match, who many thought was a sure thing.

Those who watch Real Madrid vs. Valladolid, will see how the Copa del Rey Champions handle one of the weakest teams in La Liga. Valladolid is second to last in the standings at the moment.

The draw against Valencia was a wake-up call for Real Madrid, and Ancelotti insists his team will be ready at the José Zorrilla:

“My team are doing well, we have plenty of experienced players to try and achieve silverware and very strong characters in the squad — anything is possible. We have to take into account we had a semifinal, we had an emotional mental hangover following such a demanding game. We’ve recovered in the last few days.”

“We lost an opportunity (against Valencia) but we have to continue to believe can win because it’s not mathematically done. Mentally, the team reacted really well. We’re focused but it’s going to be a different game to the one we played against Valencia. The tension will be different. It’s a key contest. It will be a very important game for both teams. We are fighting for the league while they are fighting to stay in it.”

On April 29, Real Madrid beat current UEFA Champions League title holder Bayern Munich, on their own turf, to reach the tournament final for the first time in 12-years, a high that threatened to overtake the team’s focus.

Luckily for Real, Atletico and Barcleona failed to win, and so their chances of attaining La Liga’s top spot are still alive. They will need a lot of help, but it’s not impossible.
