Linda Hogan Thought Hulk Hogan Was Going To Kill Her

Linda Hogan, the 51-year-old ex-wife of Hulk Hogan has revealed in her new biography that she was afraid her ex-husband was going to kill her, the couple divorced in 2008.

In her recently released biography “Wrestling With the Hulk: My Life Against The Ropes” she chronicles the difficult times Linda had with the Hulk, including what she says was a very abusive relationship.

In one part of the book she writes:

“[Hulk] tore my shirt. He threw lamps. He held me down on the bed with his hands around my throat during arguments, slamming doors, pounding walls” while adding, “I was always afraid he would kill me in one of his rages.”

Matt Lauer of the Today Show in an interview this morning asked Linda if her ex-husband ever apologized for his actions to wich she responded that he showed no remorse at all in their relationship.

When asked why she never revealed Hulk’s actions before she said:

“I was afraid to say anything…Had I said something, the carpet would have been pulled up underneath his career. I don’t know what my kids would have done. They were little at the time” while adding, “it’s a very scary position. You don’t know how far they’re going to go. One fight can escalate and turn into something else.”

Linda also blamed the pills Hogan took because of his life as a professional wrestler for the meltdowns in their relationship and his violent attitude towards her.
