Sofia Vergara hit Australia’s Bondi Beach along with her other co-stars for a Modern Family beach day on Friday.
The beach trip wasn’t just a pleasure outing though as the cast of the ABC hit sitcom went there to film some scenes. She must have felt extra sexy as she slipped into her Modern Family character Gloria Delgado-Pritchett and wore a very colorful monokini.
Sofia Vergara was definitely out to show some skin as she played on the beach with her co-stars in her neon pink, orange and green Agent Provacateur swimsuit.
In order to keep the excited photographers on the beach a little docile Vergara opted to wear a long purple skirt which covered her up a bit. She wasn’t the only Modern Family member showing skin though.
Ty Burrell, who plays Phil Dunphy in the show, joined Sofia Vergara in the ocean and was pictured splashing around in the water and making the most of his time “down-under.”
Burrell revealed his very slim physique and wore some simple swimming shorts with red writing on them. Although Ed O’Neill, who plays Gloria’s hen-pecked hubby in the show, wasn’t so revealing and opted to leave his shirt on while on Bondi Beach.
Following the filming and the fun on the beach Sofia Vergara took to Twitter to apologize to fans who she didn’t get to say hi to: “Sorry to all the fans outside the #qantas event that I didn’t get to say hi to but I had to leave due to an inappropriate touch of a fan,” she tweeted.
There was also some controversy reported regarding Sarah Hyland, who seemed to be in high spirits on the beach despite an upsetting incident that happened to her the previous day.
While attending a party hosted by Quantas at the Sebel Pier in Sydney she was groped by a fan and was clearly shaken by the incident.
Soon after that her incident her boyfriend, Matt Prokop, also hit Twitter to express his upset at what had happened: “To the a–hole who assaulted Sarah tonight I hope to God you don’t see next week.”
