Nelson Frazier Jr. Dead: Former WWE Star ‘Big Daddy V’ Died Of A Heart Attack

Nelson Frazier Jr., aka Big Daddy V, Viscera, and Mabel, was found dead by his wife on Tuesday after suffering a heart attack. One of the heftier WWE superstars, he had just celebrated his birthday on Valentine’s Day. Big Daddy V was 43.

Agent Eric Simms confirmed Nelson Frazier Jr.’s death through Facebook and Twitter.

Big Daddy V made his arrival on the WWE circuit in 1993 as Mabel in the group “Men On A Mission”. As King Mabel, he would win the 1995 King of the Ring tournament, although his victory is disputed.

After a feud with the Undertaker, Nelson Frazier Jr. left the WWE for a few years until his full time return in 1999. He became one of the Undertaker’s Ministry of Darkness and adopted the name Viscera. It was under this persona that he wrestled as a gothic enforcer, with whited out eyes and a mohawk. Following a break up of the group, Viscera got into a feud with Mark Henry, even body splashing Henry’s girlfriend at the time, the late Mae Young.

He only lasted a short time again and made another short run from 2004-2008 where he took on the name Big Daddy V. After that he spent the rest of his career outside the WWE. Nelson Frazier Jr. was known for his large size, surprising athleticism, and creepy story lines. No cause of his heart attack has been released at this time.

Fans and former wrestlers shared their grief over the passing of the wrestler through Twitter.
