Kanye West Should Just Make Video Blogs, Says Charlamagne Tha God

Kanye West didn’t make any friends in the world of radio broadcasting when he essentially told DJs to keep their traps shut.

Although the rapper previously stated that he wasn’t going to use his concerts as a platform to rant about stuff, his promise was effectively shattered when he took issue with professional disc jockeys Charlamagne Tha God and Sway.

During his performance at Penn State last week, Kanye West discussed the matter with everyone in attendance. In short: He wants DJs to shut up when he stops by for an interview. The rapper said he doesn’t have time to look at photos of himself and Kim Kardashian out and about.

West ranted:

“If I go to a radio interview, shut the f*** up! This ain’t no joke. We ain’t think about nobody. We think about Shakespeare. We think about Beethoven. What can we make for y’all? What can y’all play on your way to school or on y’all way to work? What can we make to make y’all feel better?”

Not surprisingly, it didn’t take too long for Charlamagne Tha God to hear about the things Kanye West said about him during the concert. During a recent installment of the Breakfast Club, the DJ and his cohorts discussed the rapper’s rant.

“If Kanye wants to do radio interviews and he doesn’t want the host to talk, he might as well just do video blogs. I just want him to calm down and not get high blood pressure,” he explained.

Charlamagne Tha God added, “And Kim [Kardashian], please go buy Kanye some chocolates or some flowers, some balloons for Valentines. He’s acting like a single, bitter b**** right now.”

Kanye West’s penchant for rants and peculiar lyrical content has caused him to make headlines for all the wrong reasons lately. The Inquisitr previously reported that the rapper recently participated in a remix of Beyoncé and Jay Z’s “Drunk In Love,” a tune that provided the world with a little too much information about West’s private life.

Not only did Kanye tell the world about the sex positions he’s not particularly fond of, he also said that he knew Kardashian was the woman he wanted to marry after he “impregnated her mouth.” We apologize if that caused your stomach to flip.

What do you think about Kanye West and his recent rant about radio DJs? Are you disappointed the rapper broke his promise to stop complaining about stuff?
