Taylor Swift Starts Impromptu Dance Party At Post-Golden Globes Shindig
If Taylor Swift thinks your gathering needs a dance party, then she’s going to start one.
Although the singer didn’t take home a trophy at the 2014 Golden Globes for Best Original Song, this didn’t seem to dampen her festive spirit one bit. Instead of pouting about the loss, Swift took all of that manic energy to a post-Globes party and got her dance on.
Taylor Swift, along with Jaime King, Sarah Hyland, and Hailee Steinfeld, headed to a gathering of famous faces put together by the folks over at the Weinstein Company. Since Swift clearly thought the shindig could use a dance party, she decided to start one.
“Everyone was really into it. Taylor was basically dancing as if she was at a heavy metal concert and loving it,” one partygoer told Us Weekly. The insider dished that Swift and her companions dashed to songs by Jay Z, Rihanna, and R. Kelly.
Another source added, “Taylor had a flute of Moet [& Chandon champagne] in her hand and was dancing and singing along to Def Leppard’s ‘Pour Some Sugar on Me.’ Jaime King and Taylor were grinding along to the song, facing each other, but not in a sexual way.”

The Inquisitr previously reported that Taylor Swift was recently spotted getting comfortable next to Golden Globe winner Jared Leto. Although some sites suggest that the singer and the 30 Seconds to Mars frontman are embarking on a romantic relationship, this is just a rumor right now. Of course, anything is possible in Hollywood.
Swift also took a moment to hang out with U2 singer Bono, though nobody is speculating that the pair are planning a lovers’ getaway anytime soon.
