Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon keep their marriage fresh by spending a fair amount of time between the sheets.
Although this probably classifies as too much information for a large section of the population, you can thank the folks at Us Weekly for bringing these details to the light. The publication decided to ask Cannon about how the couple keeps their relationship fresh and exciting after five long years.
Instead of beating around the proverbial bush, the America’s Got Talent host said that he and Mariah Carey are just as romantic as they’ve ever been.
“Lots of sex,” Nick explained at the Variety Breakthrough Awards in Las Vegas last week. Judging from a few photos Carey posted over Christmas , he definitely had some fun while on vacation.
Although he spent some time in Aspen, Colorado with Mariah Carey and their twins over the holiday, Cannon said he doesn’t necessarily need a vacation to keep himself feeling energized. Since the guy obviously loves what he does, there’s really no need to take a break to recoup and recharge
“I tell everybody that my vocation is my vacation. It doesn’t seem like work. Not like where you come home your feet hurt, you’ve been out in the hot sun… that’s work. I get to get up and be creative,” he said.

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon might have a lot of sex these days, but the singer admitted that she was completely finished having kids. If Cannon wants more children, then he’ll have to figure out a way to produce the kids all by himself.
“If Nick could have the babies himself, then yeah, bring ’em on. We love kids. Here’s the thing: This is real. I’m responsible for the kids for like forever. I look at it like, they didn’t ask for this lifestyle but here they are,” Mariah Carey explained during a recent interview.
She added, “To anyone who has ever carried twins, it is a totally different experience… You don’t even know who you are. I had a very difficult pregnancy, but I was alone most of the time. We love Nick, but he’s working. He’s the hardest-working man in show business.”

All of this sex talk seems to contradict a report from Star magazine that the couple’s relationship was on the rocks . According to Cannon, everything is fine and dandy.
The tabloid reported:
“Mariah and Nick’s marriage is hanging by a thread. Neither of them shows much interest in working through their problems. They barely see each other anymore and are basically living across the country from each other. Mariah is under enormous stress, trying to finish her new album, and Nick isn’t supportive. She’s ready to ditch him… The only thing holding them together right now is their shared love of their son and daughter. But Mariah and Nick’s marriage may well be past the point of saving.”
