Nikki Bella works hard to keep her body tight and fit but sometimes she needs a little help from beauty treatments too.
The wrestler-turned-host shared an intimate video of herself stripped down to a thong bikini while doing a butt-sculpting treatment. Husband Artem Chigvintsev tagged along and looked like he was enjoying the show.

Sculpting Her Abs
Last year, Nikki went through a mommy makeover to get her pre-baby body back. She shared her journey with her fans and followers, including the treatments, diets, and workouts she was doing.
After starting the New Year off right by eating healthy and working out, I wanted to mix up my mommy makeover with something fun ~ Meet the Emsculpt Neo! Working out my abs to the tune of 20,000 crunches is more than I could ever imagine in a 30 minute session, Nikki captioned the photo above.
It looks like the treatment worked really well for her because after only a few months, she was back in the clinic for yet another session. But this time, for her booty!
Ok I loved the results from EmsculptNeo on my abs so much I had to try it on my booty! Lost that during pregnancy lol I must say I was super impressed with the results after one session!! 🍑, she explained.
In the short clip posted on Instagram, Nikki can be seen lying on her stomach while her glute muscles were getting contractions from the sculpting machine, which was strapped to her bottom. Artem had a little bit of fun at the end, pretending that he was controlling the machine from afar.
Being a trained pro wrestler, this beauty doesn't really on treatments alone to work her body. She has been pushing herself to squeeze in cardio workouts and weight training in her busy schedule.
Nikki's postpartum journey hasn't been a walk in the park but she still bravely shared her vulnerability and postpartum figure with her fans. Aside from dealing with the changes in her body, she also had to remember to practice both physical and mental self-care regularly.
Loving Her Body
She makes me grab parts of my body I don't like and I say, 'Thank you for creating Matteo and making him healthy,' and appreciating and loving my body. And it is weird how, slowly, you start to love it, Nikki said.
