Sarah Palin: Obamacare, Government Shutdown Battle Shows GOP Needs To ‘Fight Like A Girl’

For Sarah Palin, Obamacare is something the Republicans need to fight tooth and nail even if it means a government shutdown in 2013.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Sarah Palin believes it’s time to “bomb” Obamacare and of course she’s attacking Hillary Clinton, claiming she’s “not fit” to be President.

Obamacare is at the center of the government shutdown debate in 2013. Since being passed, cost estimates for the 10 year Affordable Care Act have exploded from less than $850 billion all the way up to almost $2 trillion. So some Republicans believe Obamacare must be defunded in order to prevent the Federal budget from being overwhelmed.

But not all Republicans agree with Sarah Palin’s Obamacare stance, leading her to say the GOP leadership is “gutless and rudderless.” Some Republicans oppose a government shutdown over Obamacare because they feel their party could lose some popularity like the last government shutdown in 1995. Sarah Palin has some harsh words for those Republicans:

“Stop the ridiculous hysterics. Heck, about the most significant thing that happened during the last government shutdown was Clinton hooked up with Monica.”

For Sarah Palin, Obamacare and losing popularity isn’t a reason to avoid a government shutdown:

“The permanent political class is handwringing and howling that if there’s a government shutdown the media will blame Republicans for it. Here’s a little newsflash, GOP establishment: Whenever anything bad happens, the media blames Republicans for it. That’s not an excuse to roll over and play dead. It’s a call to follow the advice I give my daughters: Woman up, stand your ground, and fight like a girl!”

Do you agree with Sarah Palin that the government shutdown shouldn’t be avoided and that Obamacare should be defunded?
