Jennifer Lopez, Taylor Swift Join Forces For ‘Jenny From The Block’ [Video]

Jennifer Lopez recently joined Taylor Swift on-stage for a rendition of the 2002 single “Jenny from the Block.” in California on Sunday.

The “Eyes Open” sing was in the middle of her fourth show in Los Angeles when she decided to share some information with the crowd. As bonus gift for being an exceptional group of individuals, Swift launched into a duet no one saw coming.

“You know, when you have your favorite song that you just play over and over and that you sing in front of your mirror into a hairbrush? And you have that favorite song to dance to? Los Angeles, this is my hairbrush song,” she told the audience.

As soon as Jennifer Lopez appeared on-stage, the everyone at the Staples Center went absolutely nuts. You can see the crowd’s reaction to the American Idol judge’s unexpected appearance in the video embedded above. It’s amateur footage, but you definitely get the picture.

Lopez later shared some behind-the-scenes shots with her followers on Instagram. They might not be much to look at, but it’s clear that Taylor Swift is pretty excited about the “Jenny from the Block” singer’s involvement with her show.

“Thank you for inviting my family to be a part of yours!” Jennifer Lopez captioned the photo.

Shortly after her performance with Lopez, Taylor Swift continued to geek out about everything on Twitter. After all, it’s not everyday that someone gets to sing their favorite song with the person who put it together.
