Justin Bieber’s Believe Tour rolls into yet another incident.
Customs and Border officers stopped and seized marijuana and drug paraphernalia from one of the singer’s tour buses at US-Canada border as it headed into Michigan on Sunday, July 28.
Law enforcement officers confirmed Bieber was not on the bus. The Canadian singer played a sold out show at Detroit’s Joe Louis Arena on Sunday. According to TMZ, the bus was searched after a drug-sniffing dog sensed illicit substances aboard.
“On July 28, a commercial touring bus attempted to enter the U.S. through Detroit via the Ambassador Bridge,” Chief Customs and Border Protection Officer Ken Hammond told E! News.
“The tour bus, associated with musician Justin Bieber, was en route to a concert scheduled later Sunday night in Detroit.”
“During the secondary inspection, a K-9 alerted to the presence of drugs and a subsequent search of the bus revealed marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Justin Bieber was not on the bus.”
“Officers seized the marijuana and paraphernalia and issued a penalty to the driver. The bus and passengers were released without further incident,” he added in a statement.
Currently in New York city ahead of a show at Newark, N.J.’s Prudential Center on Tuesday, Bieber was spotted visiting clothes and sneaker shops on Monday accompanied by friends and security.
Making time to pose with fans who accosted him in the street, apparently the 19-year-old stopped for everyone who asked.

The “Boyfriend” singer’s busy weekend saw him attend his on-again, off-again ex Selena Gomez’s 21st birthday celebration at Malibu’s Revolve Clothing Beach House on Saturday, July 27.
Sources says the pair left the venue holding hands around 2 am and went to Bieber’s Calabasas, Calif., home.
Neither the teen star or his rep have yet made any comment about the tour bus incident.
In a brief reference to his Detroit show, Bieber took his Twitter account on Monday to write:
Just talking about the last couple shows. Toronto and Detroit were real! Energy was next level. Thanks!
