‘Sons Of Anarchy’ Season 6: Peter Weller Stepping Out From Behind The Camera


Sons Of Anarchy season 6 is right around the corner, and it will feature Peter Weller.

While Weller has worked on the show in the past, his time was spent behind the camera lens. Weller has directed five episodes of the highly acclaimed FX series.

Peter Weller will play a former cop who now works at the Stockton port. His character has a run-in with the SAMCRO motorcycle club.

Weller worked on five episodes of Sons Of Anarchy during seasons four and five, and he directed the second episode of season six. Weller’s other work includes directing several episodes of Hawaii Five-O and Monk. On the acting side, Weller has appeared in Robocop, The Adventures Of Buckaroo Banzai Across The 8th Dimension, and Star Trek Into Darkness.

According to THR, the upcoming season will feature SAMCRO dealing with Jax’s wife Tara and father-in-law Clay being in jail as the club fights to survive.

The team at Seattle PI says the new season will start with “supersized” episodes including the seasons 90-minute premiere. Season 6 kicked off on September 10 at 10/9c on FX.

The cable network is expecting big things from SOA after it debuted in season five with 6.4 million viewers and 4.4 million viewers in the adults ages 18-49 demographic.

Also guest starring in Sons Of Anarchy Season 6 will be Donal Logue. Fans will also experience the return of Jimmy Smits and Drea de Matteo.
