Verizon finally admits their website is down all the time
While this picture had some lulz, it was mostly gratifying since no rep has ever acknowledged on customer service calls that their website almost never works.
Thankfully for the customer, the rep didn’t unapologetically tell them to go down to a Verizon store since there’s “no guarantee” the site will work at any given time.
