A Google Breakup: Street View Captures Girlfriend Getting Kicked Out Of House

google breakup

Google captured the sad aftermath of a breakup in Southern California with one of its street view cars.

According to Reddit user Ipmark04, a Google street car captured a girl who had just been kicked out of her boyfriend’s house. The picture was apparently taken a few years ago somewhere in Southern California.

The redditor writes:

“A little backstory: this picture was taken a couple years ago since they have been broken up for a while now. My buddy no longer lives in the same town as me but I became aware of this recently by his brother who is currently my coworker. I find this even more hilarious because I actually knew this girl, as me and my then-gf, her and my buddy used to double date occasionally.”

Of course, not everyone believes that the Google breakup is actually authentic.

Several people noted that in addition to all of the stuff on the ground, there are also a couple of car floor mats. Why would the poor lady remove her floor mats after she was kicked out of the house? Probably because this is a picture of a young woman cleaning out her car.

Yep, the Google breakup is probably a fake.

What do you think? Did Google street view capture a breakup? Is OP a dirty liar? Does this girl have one of the messiest cars in existence?

I find it difficult to believe she could get all that stuff in that car.

Whether messy car or kicked out. Either way, I think it's safe to assume she has something to embarrassed about. :)

I heard they found a guy carrying a dead body while making Google Earth, so they reported him and he got arrested. Lol

When has it ever been appropriate to say "me" first in a sentence? How can people become writers if they do not go by the pre-determined rules of English? Yah, I was suckered into another ignorant and boring article.

I doubt that she is cleaning out her car. I don't think it's big enough to hold all that junk, and as for the floor mats they could have been inside the house because maybe she had bought some nicer mats for her car and put the old ones in the house. Use a little common sense.

I have no idea what the heck your talking about. Even in the quote you have, "me" isn't the first word on any of the 3 sentences. Its perfectly fine to use "my" as a first word in a sentence, and it was used in an arguably correct format in the 2nd sentence.

This article isn't boring to me, looking at the president of America do bullshltty things to the economy is boring as fvck. Looking at news involving killers EVERYDAY going on rampages with, apparently, "assault" weapons, is boring. Its called opinions, and I understand and respect your opinions, but don't go defaming just ANYTHING for unproven reasons, especially if you want to go by the rules of english grammar.

What I want to know how she stacked all that shit in that little car. I think I see 2 lawn chairs there too?

  8. Elaine Radford

Me and my friends can get WAY more stuff than that in that car. She's an amateur.

Am I the only one that noticed there are no clothes, make-up or hair stuff on the ground? If her boyfriend had just kicked her out I think it's safe to say those would be the items littering the lawn.

  10. Sylva Smith

I thought the same exact thing! No clothes jumped out right away. If she was truly leaving, this pile of junk is the last thing she would want to take!

best part of dating a homeless girl you can drop her off anywhere…………..look your home get out.

what if she was just picking up free issh off craigslist? jus sayin.. car mats do throw off the whole girl being thrown out.

  13. Mary E Sellers

Bet she is going through the curb junk for useable items. I've done that many times. Love to re-cycle other people's stuff. Saves money, too.

  14. Jeffrey Millinger

You would think she would have a lot more clothes if she was getting thrown out… in either case, I'd say any girl with a car that dirty deserves to get dumped. Nasty.

Common sense would be to throw out or donate the old car mats, not hoard them inside a house. And judging from all the crap in the picture, it's junk, that would stuff easily into the trunk of a Mazda3.

  16. Mary Davis

It looks like she is cleaning up after she went to the beach (or some event like that). That blue box thing looks just like a package of bottled water (nearly all the bottles are gone) my sisters always have a package of bottled water in their trunk.

Me and my husband once did a whole move with nothing but a maruti alto (tiny asian hatchback), it's about skill lol.

  18. Jason Palkovics

Umm… That's a girl.. looks to be late teens maybe early 20's… with no clothes… no shoes… I call BS on this being a breakup picture.

Looks like she kicked her boyfriend out of her house, grabbed all his stuff, drove to his house and dumped all his crap out into the street from the back of her car!

What bothers me is that no one is bothered by the fact that we are all always somehow or another under surveillance. The sad thing is that people feel a sense of security from this instead of the sense of terror that someday it will be used for a police state.

  21. Phil Boyk

I don't think people even realize that aspect of it. People in this country are so consumed with themselves and their little space, not to mention the constant bombardment of propaganda from the news and the Feds.

  22. Sean Devos

Phil Boyk I'm upset enough that my car was pictured in google maps because it's rarely parked outside – maybe 3 days a year. I'm not a fan of the NWO we are experiencing…

Moral of the story: if you're cleaning your car in the street, or otherwise amassing your belongings around your car, be sure to take out your floor mats so that hundreds of people online will give you the benefit of the doubt in case a Google Street View car happens to capture the moment.
