Shae Bradley’s Sex Tape Goes To Court

Buckwild‘s Shae Bradley admits a sex tape made by fellow cast member and former boyfriend Jesse J exists — but the reality TV country girl won’t be looking to turn a fast buck off the amateur skin flick.

It’s been a rough month for Shae Bradley even before her sex tape scandal. Co-star Shain Gandee, beloved by the Buckwild cast and fans, died in a mudding accident alongside a friend and his uncle David, devastating the close-knit West Virginia friends featured on the show.

After Gandee’s tragic and accidental death, Bradley and her cast mates learned that not only would Buckwild not be returning to air on MTV after Shain passed (and amid fan outcry), but MTV had gone so far as to block any revivals of the popular “redneck Jersey Shore.”

Despite a campaign to throw Buckwild a lifeline via a Twitter hashtag, #MTVDontStopBuckwild, the decision was made — and just prior to that, Shae Bradley’s sex tape became front gossip page news when TMZ found out it was floating around.

But being out of a job hasn’t compromised Shae Bradley’s sex tape stance — the reality star says:

“The materials are being used against me and it should be illegal. I am ashamed of my mistake and deeply regret it … Yes there is a sex tape and I regret making it with someone who I obviously couldn’t trust and is looking to exploit the relationship we had.”

So how much does a Shae Bradley sex tape rate?

Reports indicate that the Buckwild star was offered a fifty-grand payday for releasing the tape to YouPorn, but that’s not all. Perhaps somewhat insultingly, the online porn peddler also said they’d throw in a year’s worth of smokes.

According to TMZ, Jesse admitted in court that his aim in promoting the Shae Bradley sex tape was to ruin the young woman’s life — and a judge ordered the recording be destroyed.
