‘Skyrim: Legendary Edition’ Combines All DLC Packs

Skyrim: Legendary Edition might not be officially announced, but it appears that Bethesda is putting together a sort of “master” DLC pack that will contain the game along with all DLC that was ever produced for Skyrim.

The game maker announced last week that they were done making DLC for their popular title so it makes quite a bit of sense that they would be packing up all of the downloadable content and the game into one package.

The company announced that it won’t be coming up with new content for this title but it will still be servicing and issuing patches if there are problems. This isn’t the first time the company has basically announced it was done with a title and then packed everything up into a neat little grouping.

Skyrim: Legendary Edition is reported to come with the game as well as the Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn DLC packs. The company has previously released packages like this for Fallout 3.

Bethesda is turning its attention to a new horror survival game called The Evil Within and has decided that there isn’t much else to be said for Skyrim at this point in time. There are also still some rumors that Fallout 4 is still in the works and could be announced sooner rather than later.

There isn’t technically an official release date for this particular package but some sharp eyes have spotted advertisment for this edition to be hitting on June 7. At a Polish Ultima store there was even a suggested pricetag for the grouping.

The PS3 and Xbox 360 editions were priced at $54 while the PC version was sporting a $44 MSRP. Whether or not the date or price for the release is accurate is something we’ll just have to wait and see about.

There may not be much of an announcement long before this is out, since its not exactly a new game.
