Harrison Ford slurred his words and was swaying during his appearance on stage at tonight’s Golden Globe Awards.
Twitter suggested that Harrison Ford may have had a stroke recently, although there’s no public confirmation of that. Notably though an appearance by Ford at the 2008 Academy Awards had viewers asking the same thing.
Alternatively he may have simply been drunk, but what was clear from his appearance was that one of the most memorable actors of the 20th century wasn’t on top of his game.
No doubt more will be said on Harrison Ford’s appearance in the coming days. We’ll see if we can track down some video for the post shortly.

There is no question that the lower part of the left side of his face is drooping. No question.

Ford is a notoriously nervous public speaker. Look at his appearances on any nighttime talk show for an example. It’s kind of endearing, but also quite sad to see Han Solo without his mojo.

He is not a great public speaker, he has admitted that himself. Does not affect his acting though. Love Harrison Ford!

These comments come up everytime he makes an appearance at an awards show. In interviews, he tends to speak slowly and thoughtfully. Give him a break!
