‘Teen Wolf’ Season 3 Will Arrive This Summer

The third season of the MTV series Teen Wolf will reportedly premiere this summer.

The cable network recently announced that the new season of its hit werewolf series would return to the small screen this June. MTV will roll out a whopping 24 episodes of the course of the summer.

According to Deadline, the second season of Teen Wolf was the number one television series for the 12 to 34 crowd in its time slot. The 1.6 average rating represents a seven percent increase in viewership over the first season of the show.

Series stars Tyler Posey, Crystal Reed, Dylan O’Brien, Tyler Hoechlin, and Holland Roden will return for the third season. New additions to the cast include twins Charlie and Max Carver, Gideon Emery, Felisha Terrell, and Adelaide Kane.

The Hollywood Reporter explains that the third season of Teen Wolf will be the first without co-star Colton Haynes. The actor can now be found doing some work on the CW superhero series The Arrow.

The website also explains that the next season will pick up where the previous one ended. Those who haven’t gotten caught up on season two should probably do so before June rolls around.

Teen Wolf co-star Crystal Reed recently sat down with the folks at MTV News to discuss what fans can expect from her werewolf-hunting character in the upcoming season. There might be spoilers ahead, so proceed with caution.

Reed explained:

“Allison has been very removed from her Beacon Hills classmates for the last few months when we first see her in Season 3. She doesn’t know what her friends have been up to — you’ll have to wait to find out why!”

Fans of Teen Wolf should anticipate the third season to arrive on Monday, June 3 at 10 pm. Will you tune in to catch the new episode of MTV’s hit series this summer?
