Kim Kardashian May Be Leaving ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’

Kim Kardashian may not be returning to Keeping Up with the Kardashians for a tenth season.

In an interview with DuJour magazine, Kardashian said that the ninth season of the E! reality series will be her last. Kardashian hinted that having her every move documented on television isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.

“It’s all about finding things that really excite you and motivate you and spark you all over again,” Kardashian said. “I’m realizing that no matter what, if you go into something with all these expectations and plans, once you’re actually living it, it could be completely different.”

The 32-year-old mother-to-be added:

“When you live your life so publicly, like on a reality show, people assume that they know every side of you already. But they always want more. Doing a TV show with your family, it’s really hard to hide or be guarded…. Besides, we don’t want to film a show if we can’t be who we are, because that’s just too much work.”

The reality star added that she owed her decision to live her life more privately to, of all people, Kanye West. Kardashian said she is realizing “everyone doesn’t need to know everything” and that she is shifting her priorities.

In addition to the interview, Kardashian showed off her pregnant stomach in a photo shoot for DuJour. The pregnancy has been a point of contention in her divorce battle with Kris Humphries, as Kardashian has said she would like to have the divorce finalized before the baby is born. Kardashian filed for divorce in October 2011 after just 72 days of marriage. A trial date is set for May 6.
