Heath Ledger’s Daughter Looks Just Like Father, Says Grandparents
Heath Ledger’s daughter, Matilda, is a chip of the old block, according to her grandparents.
Kim and Sally Ledger, the Academy Award winning actor’s parents, said that Ledger’s 7-year-old daughter looks just like her father.
Kim told New Idea Magazine:
“Matilda has the same walk as Heath and is such a respectful little kid — she calls us ‘Papa’ and ‘Grandma Sal.’ Our family has the most wonderful relationship with both Matilda and Michelle. We talk frequently and visit as often as we can.”
Sally added:
“Matilda is indeed very much like her dad — she has long limbs and similar features. However, she also possesses the beauty of her mamma — lucky girl.”
Matilda currently lives in New York while her grandparents, Kim and Sally, live in Australia. Ledger’s parents try to visit frequently to see their son’s daughter and his former wife.
UPI notes that the Ledger’s memorably visited the states shortly after Ledger’s death to accept the actors Oscar for the movie The Dark Knight.

“It has been an extremely difficult five years, as not a day goes by when we don’t feel the immense loss of Heath.”
